Morane Germanos

Morane Germanos has extensive experience in occupational health and safety, currently serving as Safety Lead at Woolworths Group since February 2024. Prior roles include Safety Partner NSW at Eagers Automotive Limited and Work Health & Safety Specialist at WHSmith Australia. Morane has also held positions as a Work Health & Safety Advisor at Vellex and Injury Management Advisor at DHL, where responsibilities included coordinating return-to-work strategies. Previous experience includes working as Occupational Health Safety Manager at Shangri-La Hotel Sydney and various IT consultancy roles. Morane holds a Master's degree from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Sociology from UNSW.
