Nicholas Dormer

Nicholas Dormer currently serves as an Assistant Asset Manager at Woolworths Group, a position held since January 2022, after previously working as a Property Graduate. Nicholas has extensive experience in the property and construction sectors, including roles as Contract Administrator and Quality Assurance/Quality Control at Mallard Contracting Pty Ltd from June 2020 to January 2022. Volunteer work as a Lifeguard with Surf Life Saving Australia has been ongoing since October 2014. Nicholas gained valuable internship experiences at JLL and Realmark Commercial during academic pursuits at Curtin University, where a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Development and Valuation was obtained between 2016 and 2019. Additional education includes a course in Project Management from the University of California, Irvine in 2020, and a high school diploma from Christ Church Grammar School.
