Paul Harker

Paul Harker has been with Woolworths Group since 1993, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer for Woolworths Supermarkets & Metro, managing key portfolios including Group Replenishment. Harker has held various senior roles, overseeing replenishment, perishables, and commercial support, while leading significant transformations in operational efficiency and technology integration. Additional leadership experience includes a Deputy Chair position at Hort Innovation and involvement in the Trade Partner Forum and Produce Marketing Association. Harker is recognized for contributions to enhancing the horticulture industry and has been acknowledged as a top finalist in the AFR BOSS Young Executive of the Year in 2008. Harker holds a degree from Harvard Business School in Advanced Management.
