Rebecca Green

Rebecca Green has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as Head of People at idX (WooliesX) within the Woolworths Group since March 2014. Her leadership encompasses various roles focused on talent acquisition and team experience, where Rebecca has demonstrated a commitment to delivering innovative and customer-oriented talent solutions aligned with business strategies. Prior to Woolworths, Rebecca held senior consultant positions at Talent2 and West Recruitment Consulting, specializing in qualified accounting and executive recruitment. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Sydney University.
