Samantha Wilson

Samantha Wilson is an experienced strategist and consultant with a diverse background in business news and media. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Woolworths Group and a Startmate Spring22 Fellow, Samantha has previously worked as an Independent Strategy Consultant and spent five years at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Associate. Samantha holds an MBA with Excellence from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town. Additionally, Samantha has extensive experience in broadcasting, having served as a correspondent for CNBC International, where coverage included significant events such as the Alibaba IPO and the launch of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, as well as roles as a business anchor and reporter for CNBC Africa.
