Simon has also held various pivotal marketing roles at PepsiCo, contributing to the company's success in North America and international markets. Beginning a career at Unilever, Simon's foundational marketing expertise encompasses a range of roles, from marketing director in Europe to brand manager positions. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from King's College London.
