Simon Lowden is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sustainability and marketing leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Woolworths Group since July 2024, Simon previously held the position of Chief Transformation Officer at The Arnott's Group from January 2021 to July 2024. Prior to this, Simon spent nearly two decades at PepsiCo, where roles included Chief Sustainability Officer and President and Chief Marketing Officer for Global Snacks and Global Insights, driving significant growth and strategy for a $25 billion business unit. Simon has also held various pivotal marketing roles at PepsiCo, contributing to the company's success in North America and international markets. Beginning a career at Unilever, Simon's foundational marketing expertise encompasses a range of roles, from marketing director in Europe to brand manager positions. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from King's College London.
