Sumit Bhasin

Sumit Bhasin has an extensive career at Woolworths Group since December 2004, serving in various roles from Assistant Department Manager to Product Manager in Risk, Audit, Legal, and Group property technology. Bhasin is responsible for the strategic direction of technology adoption, leading technology strategy development across corporate services, and managing significant enterprise technology programs. Noteworthy achievements include the relaunch of the Woolworths Rewards program in 2016 and the successful separation of the Fuel business. Prior to Woolworths, Bhasin gained experience in application development and project management at Sagacious Solutions and Caplacom India Pvt Ltd. Bhasin holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from Victoria University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
