Teresa Anasis

Teresa Anasis is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in program delivery and strategic management across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of IT - Program Delivery - People Systems at Woolworths Group since August 2014, Teresa has previously held notable roles including Program Manager for Store of the Future & Device Engineering and Stores Transformation - Store Services. Prior to Woolworths, Teresa was with Roads and Maritime Services from July 2008 to August 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Service Delivery & Performance Manager and Acting General Manager Customer Service, focusing on customer service delivery and strategic change programs. Teresa also contributed to the Department of Premier and Cabinet as Service NSW Program Manager for a brief period in late 2011 and managed operations at Vodafone Australia, overseeing a $50M budget and a large team in the Outsourced Customer Service Partners unit from October 2004 to July 2008.
