Clinton Berryman

Clinton Berryman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People Lead (Head of HR) at Woolworths New Zealand since February 2023. Previously, Clinton held various significant roles at Fonterra, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and General Manager Global HR Process from August 2016 to February 2023. Additional experience includes a short-term contract as Organisation Development Manager at Airways New Zealand in 2016 and serving as Practice Lead at Propero Consulting Limited in late 2015. Clinton also led the HR Centre of Excellence at Westpac New Zealand Limited from May 2013 to August 2015, focusing on organizational development and learning. Clinton Berryman earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Auckland between January 1990 and December 1993.
