Dale Adams has extensive experience in visual merchandising and production management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Store Development Manager and Creative Manager at Woolworths since April 2013, responsibilities include the concept, design, and development of visual merchandising strategies aligned with group campaigns, as well as managing the printing production process for promotions. Prior to Woolworths, Dale worked at TFG (The Foschini Group) from December 2006 to March 2013 in various roles, including Production Coordinator and Creative Coordinator, overseeing project management, quality assessment, and budget management. Earlier experience includes graphic design positions at Media24 and Woolworths, where Dale focused on promotional material design and visual merchandising, and foundational roles at Perfect Print and Techno Graphics. Dale holds a degree in Digital Publishing and Animation from Damelin, completed in 1999.
