Maré Louw is the Chief Customer Officer at Woolworths since March 2012, where she also holds the position of Head of Customer, Head of Retail Strategy, and Head of Performance Enhancement. Prior to joining Woolworths, Maré worked as a Business Consultant at Louw Consulting from January 2011 to February 2012. She also has experience in the financial sector, having worked at Absa Group from January 2007 to December 2010 in various roles such as Financial Manager, Financial Analyst, and Accountant Trainee. Maré obtained a Master of Business Administration from NWU Business School in 2012 and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Stellenbosch University in 2006.
