Wooncompas is een van de grootste sociale verhuurders van Ridderkerk, Barendrecht, Rhoon en Poortugaal. Ook beheren wij ongeveer 1000 woningen in Rotterdam. Wij hebben bijna 10.000 woningen in ons bezit. Daarnaast beheren we ook enkele honderden bedrijfsruimtes, waarvan 56 winkels.
