Baue Weemaes

Baue Weemaes is a seasoned Vastgoedbeheerder with extensive experience in property management. Currently at Mitros since January 2018, Baue oversees the quality of real estate at the complex level and provides internal consultancy regarding maintenance, renovation, and new construction. Previously, Baue worked at VoorkomLeegstand from December 2014 to January 2018, focusing on regular inspections of managed properties to update clients on their status. Baue began in the field with internships at CROW and RBOI and completed a thesis on urban greenery as part of a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment from NHTV Breda, supplemented by studies at Utrecht University in spatial planning.
