Fabian Ploegmakers has extensive experience in property management and development, currently serving as Team Leader of Contracts, Contract Manager, Project Manager for Real Estate, and Senior Technical Specialist at Woonstichting 'thuis since June 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing the relocation and repair processes for approximately 3,000 homes in Veldhoven and Son en Breugel. Prior to this, Fabian held the role of Rayon Manager at Woningstichting Aert Swaens from March 2006 to May 2013, managing the planned maintenance and related processes for around 1,800 homes in Veldhoven and Waalre. Earlier career experience includes working as a realtor at VGN - Van den Heuvel makelaardij from 2002 to 2006, where duties involved property valuation and facilitating sales and purchases.
