Stefanie Kost

Stefanie Kost is an experienced strategic advisor specializing in innovation, care, and organizational development. Currently serving as a strategic advisor at IJsselheem since September 2022, Kost previously held the position of board advisor at Careander from March 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included advising the executive board on strategic planning and implementation. In a prior role at Coloriet from August 2012 to February 2021, Kost provided strategic guidance to the executive board, facilitated regional collaboration, and initiated key projects in healthcare policy. Earlier experience includes roles in project support and HRM policy advising at the Municipality of Zwolle. Stefanie Kost holds a Master's degree in Social-Cultural Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has furthered education through various organizational and change management programs.
