Grégoire Madelaine has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Grégoire began their career as a Chargé d'étude at Renault Trucks in 2008. After that, they worked as a Gestionnaire Sous-Traitance at SOPROCOS - Groupe L'Oréal from 2009 to 2010, where they managed a seasonal production campaign and updated operational procedures. Grégoire then joined Auchan Retail, starting as a Chargé de Projet from 2010 to 2011, responsible for a commercial concept project. Grégoire then became a Responsable Projet et Exploitation from 2011 to 2013, overseeing the implementation of an experimental drive concept. Subsequently, Grégoire worked as a Chargé d'étude from 2013 to 2015, focusing on cross-channel shopping journeys between different divisions. Grégoire then took on the role of Chef de projet utilisateur from 2015 to 2018, where they supported the company's omnichannel transformation program and implemented cross-channel shopping journeys. Lastly, Grégoire worked as the COO for WOOP - We are hiring! starting from January 2020.
Grégoire Madelaine's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Lycée Arcisse de Caumont and obtained a BTS degree in Transports, which they completed in 2007. The following year, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued further education at IUT Alençon, where they obtained a Licence Professionnelle degree in Logistique de Distribution et E-Logistique. In 2008, they continued their studies at INSSET and earned a Licence Sciences Pour l'Ingénieur degree in Ingénierie Logistique, which they completed in 2009. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, they studied at INSSET again and obtained a Master Génie des Systèmes Industriels degree, specializing in Ingénierie Logistique.
