Ellie Lippel

Ellie Lippel is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles. Since January 2014, Ellie has owned Woops! BakeShop in Main Gate Square, creating a Parisian-inspired haven renowned for its delightful treats. Prior to this venture, Ellie served as V.P. of Marketing & Business Development at Aroma Espresso Bar from 2006 to 2013 and held multiple positions in marketing and financial operations since 2003. Notable earlier experiences include partnership development consulting at The Appeal of the Nobel Peace Laureates Foundation and project development and communications management at The Peres Center for Peace. Ellie holds a Master's degree in Media Studies from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
