Sam Ath Soeun

Sam Ath Soeun, MBA, is an experienced professional in human resources and administration with a strong background in training and capacity building. Currently serving as the General Manager (Head of Learning and Development) at Woori Bank Cambodia since December 2018, responsibilities include strategy and planning for training interventions and maintaining training policies. Prior roles include Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department at Woori Bank Cambodia, and HR and Administration Manager positions at World Wildlife Fund, Hagar International Foundation, and Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium. Sam Ath Soeun began a career in human resources and finance early on, holding positions such as HR Officer at World Vision and Finance Assistant at ADRA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Administration from Asia-Pacific International University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.
