Louise Boyer

Louise Boyer has a wealth of work experience in the HR field, beginning in 2006 as HR Manager for CIRCLE EXPRESS LIMITED. Louise then served as HR Business Partner for Forward Internet Group and uSwitch.com from 2010-2012, and Global HR Business Partner for CBS Interactive from 2012-2015. From 2015-2020, they served as Senior HR Business Partner for both MoneySuperMarket.com and Argos, and HR Director for both Wooshii and Clarity from 2020-2021. Most recently, they have been working as a HR consultant for Cazoo, and is currently the Chief People Officer for Interlink.

Louise Boyer received their BA in Human Geography from Nottingham Trent University between 2000 and 2004. In 2004, they obtained their CIPD Level 7 certification from CIPD. Louise then went on to obtain their Masters in Human Resources & CIPD from the University of Leeds in 2005. In 2009, Louise completed their Advanced Employment Law course from MOL Learn. Louise also holds a certification in Health & Safety at Work from NEBOSH.
