Kathy Hartman

Kathy Hartman is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in post-acute care services and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as the Director of Post Acute Care Services at Wooster Community Hospital Health System since May 2019, Kathy previously held significant roles including Vice President of Mid Revenue Cycle at Henry Ford Health System and Senior Director of Care Management, Capacity Management, and Central Staffing Resources at the University of Michigan Health System. Earlier in their career, Kathy served as Senior Director for RCM, Coding, CDI, and HIM at Cleveland Clinic and Administrator for Patient Access and Care Management at The MetroHealth System. Kathy Hartman holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN APN) with a focus on Nursing Science and Care Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), both from Ursuline College.
