Delanie Alcorn

Delanie Alcorn has extensive experience in user support and community engagement spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Forum Moderator and "Wooty" Buyer at Woot, Inc. since November 2009, Delanie oversees community interactions and site monitoring. Prior experience includes providing help desk and software support at Grapevine-Colleyville ISD from September 2007 to December 2011, and various roles in education support and library management within the same district from September 2000 to June 2007. Delanie also held significant positions at Microsoft, including Director of User Education, from January 1987 to February 1995, and previously, various roles at Tandy Corporation, beginning in September 1978.
