Onkar Dhuri

Onkar Dhuri has over 11 years of work experience in the field of technology. Onkar started their career in 2009 as a Krawler Implementation Engineer at Krawler Information Systems Pvt Ltd. During their time there, they successfully delivered multiple projects in various domains and worked as a full-stack developer with a variety of technologies.

In 2011, Onkar joined One Network Enterprises as a Software Engineer, where they worked on a demand-driven supply chain management project. Onkar also trained team members in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

In 2012, Onkar moved to Synerzip as a Software Developer, where they worked on application development for Android and built an SOA platform for data virtualization and REST web services. Onkar also extensively worked on Teiid, a data virtualization and federation system that allows applications to use data from different sources.

During their time at Synerzip, Onkar served in various roles, including Senior Software Developer and Senior Technical Lead. Onkar contributed to enhancing the data services layer and explored/utilized Teiid API. Onkar also extended the Open source RESTLET library to provide implementation of missing OData V3 specifications. As a Senior Technical Lead, they successfully delivered projects for a Singapore-based company and played an important role in technical discussions for choosing the right technologies and designing solution architectures.

Since 2020, Onkar has been working at Wootag as a Technical Lead. In this role, they are responsible for the design and architecture of the Interactive Video Platform. Onkar has also been an individual contributor to multiple microservices based on different tech stacks like Java, NodeJS, and PHP.

Throughout their career, Onkar has gained expertise in various technologies, including Google Big Query, NodeJS, Java, PHP, Microservices, Rancher, Apache Spark, Docker, and ReactJS. Onkar has also worked with Apache Spark, AKKA, Cassandra, Kafka, Apache Mesos, and Play Framework for building cognitive solution platforms involving data analytics and machine learning models.

Onkar's work experience demonstrates their strong technical skills, expertise in solution architecture, and successful project delivery.

Onkar Dhuri began their educational journey in 1993 at Hindustan Antibiotics School in Pimpri, Pune. Onkar completed their secondary education, earning a degree in S.S.C. However, the field of study is unknown.

After completing their secondary education, Onkar Dhuri attended Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Pimpri, Pune from 2003 to 2005. Onkar obtained their H.S.C degree in the field of Science.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Onkar Dhuri enrolled in the Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering in Akurdi, Pune, affiliated with Pune University. Onkar pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Onkar Dhuri has obtained several certifications. In July 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance. In June 2020, they earned the Rancher Certified Operator certification from Rancher Labs. Most recently, in August 2021, they obtained the SUSE Certified Administrator in SUSE Rancher 2.5 certification from SUSE.
