Rolland Austin's work experience begins in 2015 with an internship at Telkom Indonesia, where they tracked expenses, reconciled accounts, and provided administrative support. In 2017, they joined PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta, Tbk as a Commercial and Relations role, where they reconciled sales reports, analyzed and solved petty cash shortages, and maintained invoice accuracy. Rolland later became an Account Executive, managing 30 business accounts and identifying new client relationships. Rolland also led digital marketing activation for the ASA business unit and developed promotion and loyalty strategies. In 2022, Rolland joined GOERS as a Performance Marketing specialist, executing Google Ads campaigns. Rolland then moved to Wootag as a Customer Success Specialist, setting up and managing campaigns across various channels, ensuring ad creative meets specifications, and optimizing campaign performance.

Rolland Austin completed a Full Stack Digital Marketing program at RevoU in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Telkom University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they hold certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, which they obtained in April 2023, and in RevoU Full Stack Digital Marketing, which they obtained in April 2022.
