Jongsik Moon has worked at two companies in their career. They started at Nearthlab in September 2019 as a Machine Learning Engineer / Manager. During their time there, they initiated and led a post-processing automation project for drone inspection photos, resulting in a 5x reduction in processing time. They also implemented a blade detection model for a drone autonomous flight iOS app and designed and implemented a wind turbine shape estimation algorithm from LiDAR point cloud. In 2023, Jongsik joined Woowa Bros. as a Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineer. The duration of their role at Woowa Bros. is not provided.

Jongsik Moon completed their education at Seoul National University. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Autonomous Driving Vehicle. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2017.
