Suzie Jang

Suzie Jang has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Suzie is currently working as a Cloud FinOps Manager at Woowa Bros. Prior to this, they held the role of Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Amazon, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a SAP Global PMO Manager, where they oversaw the rollout of Program OneHanon for SAP S4/HANA implementation. Additionally, they have worked at Samsung Life Insurance as an ICT Strategy Planning Manager and ICT Project Manager, and at LG CNS Co., Ltd. as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.

Suzie Jang earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Ewha Womans University from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Suzie has also obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2018, Foundation of ITIL from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2016, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in November 2007, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2020, and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in July 2020.
