Rafael Carrascosa

Rafael Carrascosa has extensive experience in the financial industry, holding various leadership roles in major companies. Rafael co-founded and is currently the CEO of Woowbe since September 2020. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and Advisor to the Board at Libertex Group from December 2010 to April 2013. Before that, they were the Head of Retail Banking and Managing Director of American Express Business at Russian Standard Bank from March 2005 to May 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Vice President for South and Eastern Europe at MasterCard Advisors from September 2003 to March 2005, and held various roles at American Express from May 1992 to September 2003, including GNS Global Marketing Director.

Rafael Carrascosa completed an MBA from Escuela de Organización Industrial from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they pursued a Law degree from Universidad de Sevilla from 1985 to 1990.
