Andrew P. Volpe

Living History Presenter (volunteer) at WORCESTER ART MUSEUM

Andrew P. Volpe is an accomplished artist, printer, and living historian with extensive experience in the arts and education. Since 2006, Andrew has operated Andy Volpe: Art & History, delivering engaging living history presentations focused on ancient arms and armor, as well as on Old Master artists and printing, for various institutions. Andrew has been involved with The Printing Office of Edes and Gill since 2011, where replication of 18th-century prints using traditional techniques is undertaken. Additionally, Andrew volunteers at the Museum of Printing and the Worcester Art Museum, showcasing printmaking techniques and history. Andrew's diverse background includes roles in screen printing, art co-operatives, and museum education, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Westfield State University.
