Bret Herholz is a versatile artist and educator with extensive experience in illustration, animation, and design. Since October 2018, Bret has been self-employed, publishing works such as "Alice and the Invaders From Wonderland" and "Polly and Handgraves" under Hasenpatt House. Concurrently, Bret has served as a writer for Whitt Brantley Management and Talent and as an art instructor for Worcester Public Schools, teaching after-school art classes. Bret is also a freelance illustrator and comic book artist for Alterna Comics and a contributing artist for The Undercoverfish Group. As a youth art instructor at the Worcester Art Museum, Bret focuses on cartooning and comic art classes. With a background in both commissioned and freelance illustration through Herbert Zohl Illustrations and previous roles as an artist/author for Soft Shoe Press, Bret’s career is supported by a BFA in Sequential Art and Art History from Savannah College of Art and Design.
