Karmen Bogdesic has extensive experience in arts management and fundraising, currently serving as Senior Manager of Leadership and Planned Giving at Worcester Art Museum since August 2009. Karmen has held various roles at the museum, including Senior Manager of Donor Engagement and Corporate Relations Manager, where responsibilities included identifying and cultivating corporate donors and managing the Business Partner corporate membership program. Prior experience includes Manager of School Development at Pakachoag Community Music School, facilitating fundraising initiatives, and earlier roles with Shrewsbury Public Schools, Utah Symphony, Feld Ballets NY, American Ballet Theatre, and Columbia Artists Management, encompassing management of educational programs and company administration. Karmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Pedagogy from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
