WORCESTER ART MUSEUM
Neal Bourbeau currently serves as the Public and Armor Program Coordinator for Learning and Experience at the Worcester Art Museum, a position held since January 2014, where contributions include integrating the Higgins Armory Museum collection and analyzing visitor attendance data for educational programs. Prior experience includes serving as the Program and Outreach Manager at Higgins Armory Museum from November 2004 to December 2013, overseeing education staff and managing programs for approximately 60,000 guests annually. Neal Bourbeau also worked as a Museum Guide for the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism, engaging with 12,000 visitors, and held various roles at Old Sturbridge Village from May 1995 to July 2004, where responsibilities included historical interpretation and operational coordination for programs serving over 250,000 visitors. Neal Bourbeau earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1988 and 1993.
