Rebecca Morin

Rebecca Morin has a diverse range of work experience in the field of librarianship and museum education. Rebecca'smost recent positions include serving as the Head Librarian at the Worcester Art Museum and the Art Museum Librarian at the College of the Holy Cross, both starting in 2018. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Archivist & Reference Librarian at Holyoke Community College from 2016 to 2018. Rebecca also gained experience as a Reference Librarian at Springfield City Library in 2017 and as a Circulation Associate at Western New England University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they held positions at the American Antiquarian Society, where they worked as a Library Assistant from 2012 to 2014 and as an Acquisitions Assistant from 2012 to 2014. Rebecca started their career as a Discovery Adventures Lead and Museum Education Teacher at Old Sturbridge Village from 2011 to 2012.

Rebecca Morin pursued their higher education starting in 2007 at Western New England University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History in 2011. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Simmons University, where they earned a Master of Science in Library & Information Science (MSLIS) with a specialization in Library and Information Science. Additionally, in September 2021, Rebecca obtained certification as a Librarian from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
