Hayley Jackman

Hayley Jackman has extensive experience in civil enforcement and community engagement, currently serving as a Parking and Appeals Officer at Worcester City Council since October 2007. In this role, Hayley specializes in civil and parking enforcement as well as recovery. Prior to this position, Hayley held various roles within the childcare sector, including senior supervisor at SMILEYS CHILDCARE AGENCY LIMITED and pre-school supervisor at both Hawthorn Cottage and THE KINDERGARTEN NURSERY LIMITED. Hayley’s educational background includes studies at Worcester College of Technology and Christopher Whitehead High School.
