Jill Dagilis started their work experience in 2003 as the Commissioner of Health and Human Services and Commissioner of Code Enforcement for the City of Worcester. In 2006, they became the Executive Director of Worcester Community Action Council (WCAC), where they manage the organization and its $20 million annual budget. WCAC provides anti-poverty programs and services to over 75,000 individuals in Central Massachusetts.
Jill Dagilis holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Clark University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies at Worcester State University from 1974 to 1978.
