Marybeth Campbell has a strong background in workforce development and education. Marybeth began their career as a Senior Research Analyst in the Massachusetts House of Representatives in 2000. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as the Public Education Manager at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, where they managed public education initiatives in clean energy. In 2009, they took on the role of Workforce Development Director at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, where they played a key role in developing the workforce needed for clean energy industries. In 2012, they became the Director of Education and Workforce Development at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Education, advising three Cabinet Secretaries on workforce and education policies. In 2014, they joined The Boston Foundation as the Executive Director of SkillWorks, a workforce development initiative. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Executive Director of the Worcester Community Action Council, where they help people achieve economic self-sufficiency.
Marybeth Campbell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Providence College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Marybeth has not provided any information about their education after that period.
