Emily Tomczyk

Emily Tomczyk is an Assistant District Attorney at the Worcester County District Attorney's Office since May 2020. Previously, Emily gained experience as a Legal Intern at the Rhode Island Office of the Child Advocate and served as a Graduate Assistant in Residence Life and Housing at Roger Williams University. Emily also interned at the Roger Williams University Title IX Office and worked as a Judge Allard Madaus Intern at Worcester District Court, where responsibilities included assisting with Drug Court facilitation and drafting legal documents. Earlier internships included roles at the Roger Williams University Office of Public Safety and the Massachusetts State House, focusing on bystander intervention research and legislative support. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Roger Williams University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University.
