Kate Beverage

Kate Beverage currently serves as the Associate CIO for Academic Technologies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a position held since June 2005. In this role, Kate leads strategies for integrating technology into teaching and learning, addressing the needs of on-campus, online, and blended learning initiatives. Previous positions include Associate Director and Assistant Director at the Academic Technology Center, where Kate established policies and managed instructional technologies to support strategic goals. With a strong background in instructional design and technology, Kate has also trained faculty on effective implementation of educational technologies. Prior experience includes supporting faculty at the University of Connecticut in integrating instructional technologies in courses. Kate holds an M.S.Ed in Educational Technology from Boise State University and a B.A. in Instructional Technologies from the University of Connecticut.
