Kelly Draper

Kelly Draper serves as the Director of Talent Strategies for Academic Affairs at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since August 2021, previously holding the position of Sr. Talent & HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Kelly Draper managed HR and special projects at Shelburne Museum from August 2017 to August 2021, overseeing museum-wide calendar and project management.
