Rajae Bousselham

Rajae Bousselham is a PhD candidate and teaching assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since August 2021, focusing on optimizing multilayer thermal enclosures for energy efficiency. With prior experience as a civil engineer at Design Office - Berrada Karim, Rajae led the design and planning of building and infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $2.5 million. Previous roles include civil researcher at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where Rajae conducted research on pavement milling optimization, and internships at NOVEC sa and GTR - Les Grands Travaux Routiers, involving structural calculations and advanced laboratory testing. Rajae holds a B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM-Méknes) and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, projected to be completed in 2025.
