Rebecca A Ouellette

Rebecca A Ouellette currently serves as the Senior Director of Academic Operations at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since November 2015, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Dean to enhance the stability and growth of the Arts & Sciences academic departments. Previously, Ouellette was the Director of Operations at NPACE, where significant transformations in staffing and financial management led to doubled annual revenue and an increase in the number of individuals served. A background in research administration includes roles such as Senior Project Director at UMass Medical School and Project Director at Harvard Medical School, focusing on quality measurement projects and multi-year research grants, respectively. Earlier career experience includes positions at the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship and NCQA, working on survivorship programs and health care performance measures. Ouellette holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology and an MPA in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
