Kaylin Ossing is a versatile professional with a background in client management, event coordination, and customer service. Currently serving as a Licensing Coordinator at Medicus Healthcare Solutions since April 2023, Kaylin previously worked as an Account Manager at Cross Insurance, where responsibilities included managing client renewals and service requests. Experience also includes roles as a Travel Associate at Cruise Planners and an Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Kaylin has held various positions within the sports and entertainment sector, including Group Sales Fulfillment Manager and Game Night Staff for the Manchester Monarchs, and currently assists with ice management and fan interactions as part of the Ice Crew at Worcester Railers HC. A graduate of Westfield State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, Kaylin has developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills throughout a diverse career.

A new era of professional hockey has begun in the heart of the Commonwealth! Founded in 2016, Worcester Railers HC is introducing a new way to be part of professional hockey in North America. Taking its cue from the European sporting club model, Railers HC is more than just a game-night experience. We want our fans to be members and partners in all that we do. Our goals are to win on the ice and bring a Kelly Cup Championship to Worcester while serving as a national ambassador of our city/region, contributing to the local economy, enhancing the quality of life for everyone in central Massachusetts.
