Wayne Penniman is a highly experienced rehabilitation professional currently serving as the Rehabilitation Coordinator for Worcester Railers HC since October 2021. With a career that began with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 1996, Wayne has held prominent positions including Head Athletic Trainer and Assistant Athletic Director at Bancroft School since December 2007, and Wayne worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at MCPHS University from September 2013 to January 2020. Previously, Wayne managed Greendale Physical Therapy from 2006 to 2013 and served as Head Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist for the New England Revolution from 2007 to 2009. Wayne completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Simmons University in 2010, further enhancing professional qualifications in the field.

A new era of professional hockey has begun in the heart of the Commonwealth! Founded in 2016, Worcester Railers HC is introducing a new way to be part of professional hockey in North America. Taking its cue from the European sporting club model, Railers HC is more than just a game-night experience. We want our fans to be members and partners in all that we do. Our goals are to win on the ice and bring a Kelly Cup Championship to Worcester while serving as a national ambassador of our city/region, contributing to the local economy, enhancing the quality of life for everyone in central Massachusetts.
