Previously, Anthony held the position of Chief Information Officer at Elizabeth City State University from August 2007 to June 2013 and worked as a Technology Consultant at Getronics for Deutsche Bank from January 2005 to August 2007, focusing on technology services delivery and support. Anthony's career began in the United States Air Force Reserve, where responsibilities included medical systems tasks from July 1991 to May 2003. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.
