Steven Colella

Steven Colella is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and coaching. Currently serving as a Service Manager at Cintas since September 2019, Steven has also held roles as a Service Supervisor and Facility Services Sales Consultant. In the field of baseball, Steven is the Head Coach for both the 16u and 14u New England Noreasters programs and is involved as a pitching coach for Worcester State University, where responsibilities include developing training programs and maintaining player relations. Previous coaching experiences include positions at DC Baseball Academy and Wachusett Dirt Dawgs, contributing to player development and team success. Complementing a strong coaching career, Steven has held various positions in different industries, including roles in the cannabis sector with Curaleaf and team leadership at Millennium Maintenance and Power Sweeping. Educationally, Steven is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration while holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
