Richard Sugden currently serves as the Head of Finance at Worcestershire County Cricket Club and Visit Worcestershire since November 2024. Previously, Richard held various senior finance roles at Tilia Homes from November 2020 to October 2024, including Senior Group Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Carpet & Flooring, and roles at KPMG UK, where Richard was involved in audit and restructuring. Richard began a career in education as a Modern Languages Teacher at Teach First. Richard holds an ACA from ICAEW, a PGCE from Sheffield Hallam University, and a BA in Modern Languages from Durham University.
