Ndubuisi Uchea is the CEO and Co-Founder of Word On The Curb, an audience engagement agency that focuses on providing cultural insights for effective strategies targeting young and diverse audiences. Ndubuisi also serves on the Board of Trustees for LMKLetMeKnow, an organization dedicated to educating young people about healthy relationships, and is an Impact Fellow at The Conduit, which fosters social change. Ndubuisi's previous experience includes roles as National Account Manager at L'Oréal, where the journey began as a Management Trainee, and founder of Limitless Manchester, a promotions company. Earlier positions ranged from a summer internship at Corporate Advice and Management Service to roles at The Bannatyne Group and volunteering at the Southside Young Leaders Academy. Ndubuisi holds a degree in Biomedical Materials Science from The University of Manchester, complemented by an education at Dulwich College.
