The Hospitality Director is responsible for ensuring that all guest preachers receive a warm and personalized experience during the Holy Convocation. This includes placing personalized gifts in their rooms and ensuring that the accommodations meet the highest standards of Word World Harvest comfort and quality.

The Hospitality Director will communicate closely with the Operations Director to confirm the arrival times of guest preachers and coordinate the selection and preparation of gifts.
