With a background as a Barrister specializing in Commercial Litigation and over 20 years as a Founder and Angel Investor, Amanda also operates AG Lord Consulting Ltd as a Performance Culture Specialist and provides legal consultancy through Wordley Partnership. As a Co-Founder of HeadStartEd, Amanda emphasizes the importance of developing soft skills alongside technology, while previous ventures include founding Pre-CV and establishing a boutique recruitment agency, Multi Talent Network.
