Nick Foster

Nick Foster is a seasoned solicitor with extensive experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Wordley Partnership since January 2020, Nick has honed a specialized skill set in various areas of law. From January 2009 to January 2020, Nick was the Owner of Smithfield Partners Limited, a city law firm dedicated to assisting SMEs and entrepreneurs, with expertise in Corporate and Commercial law, Employment, Intellectual Property, Commercial Property, and Commercial Litigation. Nick began their legal career as a solicitor at Hammonds from 1996 to 2001. Education includes a degree from Aston University, completed between 1989 and 1992, following earlier studies at Wath Comprehensive.
