Janette Lynott is an experienced line producer and production management professional with a robust background in overseeing physical production, budget generation, crew bookings, and vendor negotiations. Currently serving as a Line Producer at Words + Pictures since October 2022, Janette has previously held significant roles at Bleacher Report as Director of Production Management, where responsibilities included production finance, legal compliance, and health and safety protocols. With extensive expertise across various production environments, including documentaries, branded content, and web video, Janette has contributed to projects for prominent networks like CNN, PBS, and Discovery ID. A graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with a B.A. in Communication Arts, Janette has also completed the AWE Accelerator Program focused on advancing women executives.

Words + Pictures, founded by Connor Schell and Chernin Entertainment in 2021, is a production studio with a mission to produce high-end, culturally relevant nonfiction content. The Words + Pictures team is led by the creators and producers of the groundbreaking “30 for 30” series, The Last Dance, and the 2017 Academy Award-winning O.J.: Made in America.
