Alane Salierno Mason

Alane Salierno Mason is the president and founder of Words without Borders, an online magazine dedicated to international literature. Alane has worked as an editor at Harcourt Brace & Company and as a freelance editor for several years. In their current role, they oversee all aspects of the magazine, from content to fundraising. Under their leadership, Words without Borders has become one of the most respected literary magazines in the world, publishing work from over 100 countries.

Alane Salierno Mason has a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended Hotchkiss School.
